The story
Edjobster Private Limited was incorporated in Delhi in 2022 with a simple observation: for most Indian employers, hiring runs on unread applications. An opening attracts hundreds of candidates; a handful get read; the rest are decided by timing and keyword luck.
We built for the hard case first: openings that attract hundreds of applicants and teams without time to read them. That shaped everything — screening that explains itself, pipelines built for committees and multi-brand teams, and a jobs portal that keeps candidates flowing in.
Today Edjobster is three products on one platform: a jobs portal that reaches active candidates, a full applicant tracking system, and AI screening tools that read and score every applicant with written reasons. It works for every industry — India-first, and built to serve global teams the same way.
Where we’re going
The software is the foundation. The destination is AI recruiting as a service — agents that source, screen, and schedule end-to-end while your team stays in charge of every decision. Employer-first, transparent by design: the AI shows its work, people make the calls.
