This website (edjobster.com) does not process payments. Subscriptions and credits are purchased inside the individual products — the AI screening tools at tools.edjobster.com and the ATS at app.edjobster.com. The jobs portal is free for candidates.
Product refund policies
Each product publishes its own refund and cancellation policy at the point of purchase — including refund windows for subscriptions and credit top-ups. For the AI screening tools, see the refund policy at tools.edjobster.com/refund-policy. For ATS plans, refund terms are part of your plan agreement.
